The Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (FSFM) has been in operation since 1957 and delivers the sort of rigorous instruction that students will need as they advance into the business world. For those already immersed in that world, the Executive Education component is available and allows them to flourish in their chosen profession.
FSFM is also available to businesses that are seeking advice or research that allows them to advance their interests. However, the flow of graduates that come out of the school every year remains the focal point of its principle mission. Originally, that focus was on the banking industry, something that’s changed drastically over the course of the last six decades.
Now, general management and leadership have been integrated into the overall curriculum, with the concept of customized education one of the school’s drawing cards. Here, things like training needs analysis, the design of an educational program for an individual student and web-based training for that specific area are all merged together.
