The European Business School at Regent’s University London (EBS London) has a student population of more than 900 individuals, with many of the arriving students coming from lengthy distances to gain a business education. The demographic makeup is varied, with an estimated 85 different nationalities being represented.
Originally starting up in 1979, the school had branches not only in London but Milan, Paris and Frankfurt as well. Just six years later, each of the schools became independent of each other, but kept the EBS name. A 2006 merger brought together the three following schools: Regent’s Business School, the European School and the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
The level of education offered ranges from undergraduate to postgraduate degrees that include both Master of Arts and Master of Science, along with a traditional MBA. In the latter case, that MBA program is for full-time students over the course of a single year, with a mandatory period abroad through a partner university of EBS London. These schools are located in the United States, Canada, Denmark and Hong Kong.
